Yes. Goods in transit cover up to £1 million per vehicle applies from the moment we load, alongside full motor trade road risk for driven transfers. Certificates are available on request and are issued to trade accounts as standard.

When the vehicle is loaded you receive a private tracking link by text and email. It shows the driver position refreshed every sixty seconds, a traffic-aware ETA and milestone alerts. You can forward the link to a customer without them needing an account.

Yes, and we do it daily. Send us the lot number, buyer reference and release paperwork and we deal with the gate. We schedule against your free-storage window so the site does not start charging you.

Every transporter carries a winch, skates and straps. Tell the calculator whether the vehicle starts, rolls or is fully immobilised and the price adjusts for the extra time on site. There is no separate call-out fee.

We run our own vehicles into France, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Scandinavia and beyond. Tunnel or ferry crossings, CMR documentation and continental tolls are included in the quoted figure.

Yes. We are the carrier, not a broker, so there is no second markup and no fuel surcharge added later. The only thing that changes a confirmed price is a change you make, such as a different address or a vehicle in a worse condition than described.

The photographic condition report taken at collection and again at delivery makes damage easy to prove either way. If something did happen with us, it is handled through our goods in transit cover and our operations manager owns the claim until it is closed.
