Instant quotes
- Online quotes are generated automatically from the route, vehicle details, and pricing rules shown on our website.
- Quotes are indicative fixed prices for standard vehicle classes unless stated otherwise. Heavy, plant, or non-standard vehicles may require a manual quote from our operations desk.
- A quote reference is valid for the period shown at the time of generation (typically 14 days) and is subject to the vehicle condition and addresses being accurately described.
- Short-distance moves may be priced at our minimum job charge rather than the per-mile rate shown in the breakdown.
- We reserve the right to amend a quote if the vehicle, access, condition, or route differs materially from what was entered online.
Bookings and contracts
- Submitting a booking request through our website is an offer to purchase transport services. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your collection slot in writing or by phone.
- You must provide accurate contact details, addresses, vehicle information, and access instructions (keys, gate codes, auction release paperwork, etc.).
- Collection and delivery windows are estimates based on distance and operational capacity unless a guaranteed time is expressly agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is described correctly (including whether it starts, drives, rolls, or is immobilised).
- Remove personal belongings and valuables. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless agreed in writing.
- Ensure lawful ownership or authority to instruct transport (e.g. auction buyer, finance settlement, dealer stock).
- Provide safe and reasonable access at both ends, including suitable ground for transporter loading where applicable.
- Disclose modifications, low clearance, leaks, or other factors that may affect loading or carriage.
Pricing and payment
- Prices shown online are in GBP. VAT is shown separately where applicable.
- Payment terms will be confirmed when your booking is accepted. We may require payment before collection or on invoice for trade accounts.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, failed collection due to incorrect information, specialist equipment, or changes requested after confirmation.
Insurance and liability
- Vehicles are carried under our goods-in-transit and motor trade insurance arrangements. Cover limits and certificates are available on request.
- We produce condition reports where applicable. Any claim for transit damage must be reported promptly and supported by our documentation.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, our liability for loss or damage to a vehicle is limited to the lesser of the vehicle’s value or the applicable insurance cover, except where caused by your failure to provide accurate information.
Cancellations and changes
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation charges may apply once a driver or transporter has been allocated or is en route.
- We may cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, safety concerns, mechanical failure, or events outside our reasonable control. We will work with you to rearrange at the earliest opportunity.
European and ferry movements
Cross-border jobs may require additional customs, CMR, or port documentation. You are responsible for providing accurate export/import information where required. Ferry timings are subject to operator schedules.
Website use
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or automated requests.
- Content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
